The following series are about Meteosat pop group during a concert at Lemon Pop in Murcia.
He pasado algún tiempo de mis insomnes noches buscando algunas de mis viejas fotos tomadas con mi Nikon FM2 hace un siglo...
La serie siguiente es sobre el grupo de pop Meteosat durante su concierto en el Lemon Pop Murciano.
Meteosat was a Madrid-based pop group formed in 1997 and dissolved in 2001. Easy and funny music without more high ambition than having a good time. I really used to love them... I can remember some of the best parties and nights at the end of the last century beside some of these people.
At 1999, the group members were, Borja Prieto, Diana Aller, Edu Carrasco, Nacho Escolar, and Verónica Fernández. There was a plenty of talent in this group, maybe not for the music business in a common way, but a lot of it in several and different ways. I remember a good answer from them to a negative question about the kind of music they played... ‘ If you don´t like it, why don´t you form your own band and try it?’.
They keep doing interesting things right now. I think its easy to follow their trails and find out what some of them have been doing during the last years... just good stuff!
Meteosat fue un grupo madrileño formado en 1997 y disuelto en 2001. Música fácil y divertida sin mayores ambiciones que pasar un buen rato. Me encantaban... Puedo recordar alguna de las mejores fiestas y noches al final del siglo pasado junto a esta gente.
En 1999, los miembros del grupo eran, Borja Prieto, Diana Aller, Edu Carrasco, Nacho Escolar, y Verónica Fernández. Había mucho talento en este grupo, quizás no para el negocio musical en su sentido estricto, pero si en otras variadas y diversas formas. Recuerdo una buena respuesta de ellos a una negativa pregunta sobre la clase de música que tocaban... ‘ Si no te gusta, ¿Por qué no haces tú un grupo y pruebas?.
Ellos siguen haciendo cosas interesantes ahora. Creo que es fácil seguir el rastro de algunos de ellos y conocer lo que han estado haciendo los últimos años... ¡simplemente buenas cosas!
